Terms of Sale
1. All product must be pre-paid
prior to shipment. We can accept VISA and Mastercard on our
secure server.
You can also order by mail using a bank issued money order,
a Cashier's Cheque, a postal money order ("International"
if from the US) or, personal or business cheques made payable
to Studio One Enterprises. Cheques will require up to 10 days
for clearing.
2. All product shipped within Canada
are subject to 7% GST. All product shipped within Ontario
are subject to both GST and 8% PST.
3. Product shipped to the United
States may be subject to import duties, taxes or both. Buyers
are responsible for any and all additional costs associated
with importing their purchases from Canada.
4. We DO NOT ship to PO boxes.
All shipments will require a signature by the recipient or
his agent.
5. Images of our product
are colour balanced as closly as possible for preview. Every
effort is made during manufacture to maintain these colours,
but due to the nature of this hand manufacturing process,
the actual design will vary slightly from item to item.
Resellers
Inquiries form companies or individuals interested in becoming
resellers of our backdrop lines are welcome. We require a minimum
investment in stock with minimum re-order amounts enforced.
